People join the Corporate+Financial Group for a variety of reasons. At one level it is to pick up topical information about the worlds of finance and commerce – for others it is more about how public relations and broader communications disciplines contribute to this. Others simply enjoy listening to an interesting or provocative lunchtime speaker once a month.
Common to all that we offer is the opportunity for members to meet fellow PR and communications professionals and thus network at some of the highest levels within the corporate and financial sectors of the PR industry. Whether in-house or agency, the Corporate+Financial Group's members have a common aim of combining insight and knowledge to further their careers, at the same time as enjoying themselves and making (and renewing) useful contacts.
With the launch of our new website, we see this as a platform of equal relevance to all those in the industry. Membership should be as equally appealing to those looking to get their first foot on the rung, as much as for those at the top of the ladder.
